Being a report, it's slow going, very detailed and very dry. These events and others conspired to produce the circumstances which led to the failure of one of the coaster's cars, and although not directly involved in those events, the result was the tarnishing of a respected name in coaster design and manufacturing. ) MALL COASTER INQUIRY (1987) (Continued) Published for: The Alberta Government Labour Department Available From: Alberta Labour Information Services 10808 - 99 Avenue Edmonton, Alberta Canada T5K 0G5 FAX: (403) 422-5070 Price: $50.00 (Cdn.
