Being a report, it's slow going, very detailed and very dry. However, the story behind this incident is a fascinating tale of a series of events at the German factories that included deceit, bribery, negligence, embezzlement, bankruptcy, and suicide. I did have a problem with the explanation of centripetal forces, and although centrifugal is not a true force, it should have been mentioned.)
