    Here are links to lists & reviews of books about, and related to, the title subjects. All books are english language non-fiction, except for a few that should appeal despite being fictional - like pop-up books. Book titlies are in STRICT alphabetical order, save for those starting with `A', `An', or `The'.

    Some of the books listed are contained in the CEC archives; additional titles are from magazines, book lists, library resources, individual suggestions & submissions, Internet searches, bibliographies, and other sources. Research continues to locate books suitable for the selected categories, so the lists will continue to be updated. Check back on a regular basis.

    Realise that the majority of the items listed are out of print but may be at your local public library. The older titles can often be found at university libraries. Make use of the inter-library loan program available at all Canadian libraries and hopefully at your country's libraries. If the service is offered, your local library will bring in available titles from anywhere in the country, usually at no charge. (Inquire first so there will be no surprise shipping charges).

    Frequent used book stores where you should leave your name, phone number, and interests on a 75mm X 125mm index card. Being aware of your interests will increase the likelihood that the store buyers will be on the lookout for you. Also, check your local antique dealers and memorabilia collectors. Many rare books come from such sources.
