WEST FROM HOME (1974)
"Letters of Laura Ingalls Wilder, San Francisco 1915"

Edited by Roger Lea MacBride from Laura Ingalls' letters she
wrote when she went to visit her daughter in California. The
Panama-Pacific Exposition (World's Fair) which celebrated the
opening of The Panama Canal, was being held at the time and
Laura and her daughter visited. *(Although description of the
fair is limited, there is a picture section showing views of
it. (Most of Laura's letters described other things.) Yes,
this is the same Laura Ingalls that wrote the "Little House"
and related books.) A thankyou to Eowyn at The University of
Maryland, U.S.A. for suggesting this book.

THE WORLD'S FAIR (1992)
"The Days of Laura Ingalls Wilder, Book 5"

By T.L. Tedrow. *(No Further Information.) (Presumably,
it's her exploits at the fair as taken from her letters
        and writings of the time.)
