This was located at the southern end of Pasqua Street, north west of the Trans Canada Highway. Its total land covered a large 2.5 square-kilometer area. It had flat rides that included a carousel, a go-kart track, and a miniature train. Boats are mentioned but it's unknown if they were for a lake or if they were a flat ride. Given that no water appears on a map. they were likely a Herschell-style circular boat ride.
There was also a roller coaster but no details have surfaced. The park had a drive-in and an arcade, however it's not known if the former was a restaurant or an open-air theater.
Sunset apparently closed in 1979 when urban development encroached on the park. Some rides may have remained until as late as 1982, though.
